From DO to DECODE: The founder's path to scale- English

Founders experience Confusion as their startups start to grow.  More staff are joining the organisation and the founder's role, which was previously based on "doing", evolves into a role more focused on "design". Yet this may not be a role with which the Founder has previous experience or a compulsion to do. Successful growth will depend on the Founder's, and their team's, ability to clear this Confusion.
